Material Qualification
All raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials are sourced from strictly audited and approved suppliers. Every incoming lot undergoes comprehensive testing against established specifications before it is cleared for use in production.
Formula Transfer
The client’s established formula or physical sample is transferred to our R&D team for engineering conversion. We complete raw material matching, process route design, stability and compatibility validation — transforming a lab-scale formula into a manufacturing standard suitable for commercial production.
Certified Manufacturing
Production is conducted under certified GMP/NSF systems, covering softgels, gummies, tablets, powders, liquids, and more. Each batch is produced with defined process parameters and critical control points, with complete documentation of all production data to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
Dual-Stage Testing
We implement a “during-process + final release” dual-stage testing protocol. In-process monitoring and intermediate checks are conducted throughout production, followed by comprehensive finished-product testing — covering identity, potency, purity, and microbial specifications — ensuring every batch meets its defined quality standards.
Documentation Package
A complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Master Batch Record (MBR) are prepared for every batch. All quality documentation is archived by batch, available for client quality audits, customs clearance, and product traceability — ensuring full data accessibility across the entire supply chain.
On-Time Delivery
Upon batch release, finished products are shipped in batches according to the mutually agreed supply schedule. We maintain a reliable delivery cadence, ensuring seamless alignment with your inventory management and market launch plans.
